Our pet friendly Maineville apartments are surrounded by plenty of green space for walking enjoyment with dog stations located throughout the community with complimentary pet waste bags for your convenience. We also have a community bark park so your dog can run and exercise without having to travel far. For longer walks with scenic views, Island Club is nearby plenty of parks including Deerfield House Veterans Park which is a community favorite.
Your dog or cat is sure to love living at Island Club just as much as you do with a generous amount of space in our Island floor plan. Residents are allowed two pets in their home at Island Club. Pets are allowed
Pet Registration Fee – $200.00 (one-time fee)
Pet Rent – $35/month for one pet, $50/month for two pets
Breed Restrictions Including but not limited to:

- Chows
- German Shepherds
- Bloodhounds
- Akita
Management reserves the right to refuse any animal per company policy which is a wild animal, reptiles or farm animal.
